We are happy that you and your salon are interested in joining with SO.CAP.USA and Project Ladybug to participate in Lucky Locks campaign. Complete the following form

TERMS: Each salon will receive 10 pieces of RED hair extensions on consignment. Once your clients decide to purchase a red hair extension the salon will charge the client $10.00 per strand. It will be the salon’s responsibility to collect and return all funds. All collected funds and hair that is not used must be returned by June 30, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your credit card will not be charged as long as any unused hair and/or collected funds are returned no later than June 30, 2011. Download the order form here.

Notice: Cash, credit card or check made out to SO. CAP .USA / Project Ladybug Fund will be accepted and must be mailed to: SO. CAP. USA P.O. Box 51 Mahopac Falls, NY 10542
Initial orders must be paid in full before re-ordering. Proceeds from the $10.00 donation will be given directly to Project Ladybug. The client's donation includes the application and removal of one red SO.CAP.USA® Hair Extension.
